D. Marques Patton is President and COO of The Warcoffer Capital Group, LLC. He leads the firm's operations, financial services, media, and marketing strategy consulting efforts. Prior to founding WCG, Marques served as President and CEO of For A Premium, Inc., a Chicago based marketing and media services company.

After attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Marques negotiated a strategic alliance with a brokerage firm in Chicago’s financial district. There, he became a registered representative of the National Association of Securities Dealers. As an Options Principal, Marques was responsible for the actions of his brokerage team who hedged the risks associated with their accounts. The methods he suggests come from hard-won lessons taught in real life business and personal scenarios. Marques understands how to succeed when you only have the shirt on your back, because at one point he had to.

When he is not traveling abroad, Marques spends his time in Miami Beach where he consults and gives seminars to those seeking positive change. His results-oriented approach and signature style are what have distinguished him from his colleagues in the field of business motivation. Vicky Therese Davis, A.J.P. is Founder and CEO of Indulgence Jewelry Corp. Her life has been one of world travel. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she began studying the international jewelry industry while on business trips with her mother. These experiences offered her corporate skills at a very young age.

Vicky was educated at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she studied Finance. It was a field she thought was sensible enough for a successful career, or at least would prove useful in everyday life management. After completing her education, Vicky was briefly employed in the financial arena. She took her exit after experiencing the disappointment working for others gave her. She also noticed a similar disenchantment among her peers and realized this was not the way she viewed spending the rest of her life. Feeling that there had to be an alternative, Vicky founded Indulgence Jewelry Corp. calling on the contacts she cultivated over the years. She has been successfully growing her business in the U.S. and is continuing her efforts internationally.

Perhaps part of the key to her success lies in Vicky’s knowledge of how to work through adversity and turn it into something positive. Leveraging insights from the situations that have befallen her, she has become a highly sought-after speaker and business coach. Vicky now resides in Miami Beach, Florida.
